The lessons are split into 3 sections. First section involves training on the beach in regards to water safety and positioning which lasts about 20 minutes. The second section involves similar positioning training but in the ocean. The final section separates the group into two separate groups based upon skill level and is then taken in the break to test their newly acquired skills!
Surfing Lessons
Our expert surfing instructors have never encountered someone they couldn’t get to stand up on a board and surf in the warm waters off Playa Jaco! You can even keep the equipment for a little after the lesson to practice on your own!

SUP: Stand Up Paddle
Learn to Stand Up Paddle board and get fit while on vacation in paradise! This 2 hour experience will take you to Herradura Bay (Herradura means Horseshoe in Spanish) where the waves are calm and the scenery exquisite. After brief instructions you will be able to paddle your way to Herradura Island and have a unique perspective of Herradura Bay and surrounding Los Suenos resort.
