This third-floor penthouse condo (no elevator) is a spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom accommodation totaling about 1,200 square feet. It features high ceilings and various unique touches.
Upon entering the condo, the interior hallway adjoins the living area, kitchen, and dining room. The gourmet kitchen, integrated with a breakfast bar, is designed with natural wood furnishings, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Off of the kitchen is a closet with a washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, a large private bathroom with granite countertops, and an imported lavatory and fixtures. The master bedroom has access to the large balcony and soothing mountain views.
The second bedroom has a built-in closet and features a queen-size bed. The third bedroom also has a built-in closet and two single beds. There is a shared bathroom for the second and third bedrooms which also has granite countertops, and imported lavatory and fixtures.

The grounds feature a world-class landscape design that includes a deep swimming pool with sundecks, shower, and bathroom facilities. The property is completely fenced-in, gated, and has security on rotating schedules.
