The lessons are split into 3 sections. First section involves training on the beach in regards to water safety and positioning, then similar positioning training but in the ocean and lastly we take you in the break to test your newly acquired skills.

Enjoy a relaxing cruise aboard a beautiful boat to Tortuga Island where you will enjoy a white sand paradise. You will have the opportunity to snorkel and view beautiful fish and halfway through the day you will be served a delicious lunch.

Choose either your own personal kayak or an outrigger canoe and after a brief safety talk, you will load in and begin a 40 minute paddle to a beautiful beach where you will enjoy swimming, snorkeling, beachcombing, small waterfalls, nature hikes, and hermit crab races.

Starting in the bay of Quepos at the modern Marina Pez Vela, the Catamaran will already be warming up with music, food and cold drinks. Once everybody is on board you will head south to cruise around the majestic cost of Manuel Antonio National Park.
